Track event start times below are professionally estimated based on the current number of heats.

Important:

  • The invitational is staffed by professional timing, participating school staff and experienced volunteers
  • All efforts will be made to keep the invitational on time
  • Despite best estimates and efforts, start times may change slightly due to a variety of circumstances
  • Updated race start times will be announced and posted at hip number pick-up (see below)

Check-In

  • All Participants
    • Located under the stadium near the pole vault runway
    • Ensure you check-in by the deadline or you will be scratched from the event

Seeding

  • Seeding is based on 2024 time

Hip Numbers

  • Number pick-up is located on infield in the pre-race corral, behind the finish line timer
  • Numbers will be available approximately 30 minutes before the race, after the race's heats have been seeded
    • Note: updated pick-up times will be posted on a sign next to the pick-up table
  • Meet management may consolidate or cancel heats/races based on entries and scratches

Heats

  • Heats will be posted in the infield in the pre-race corral
  • Athletes may not change divisions during the meet
