Participants

Entry Fees

  • Registration begins Friday, February 10th, 8:30am on athletic.net
    • Teams: $15 per relay team (Girls or Boys), maximum of $450 per school
    • Individuals: $5 per event
  • All entries must be submitted through athletic.net
  • Entry fees can be paid prior to the invitational or at the entrance gate on meet day - see Payment below.

Entry Deadline

  • All entries must be received by Monday, March 6th, 11:59pm on athletic.net
  • No updates after the entry deadline
  • All coaches can verify their entries on

Payment

  • Checks can be made payable to
    • Willow Glen High Track Fund
  • Send checks to:

    • San Jose, CA 95125
  • Or, pay at the gate on race day.

Late Entries

  • Late Entries will only be allowed if there is room in an event without adding additional heats
  • Late entries are:
    • Relay: $25
    • Individuals: $20
  • Events will not be reseeded for late entries
  • Late entries may be entered into available lanes

  • Scratches before the entry deadline can be done on athletic.net
